    Independence

    To have the ability to make autonomous decision within your scope of training, licensure, and clinical competence. This includes: clinical judgment, professional autonomy, ethical responsibility, and operational self-sufficiency.

    Outpatient Clinical Therapist

    The Outpatient Clinical Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to patients experiencing mental health, emotional, or behavioral issues. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care in an outpatient setting. The therapist works as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient, patient's family wellness and improve quality of life.

    Intensive Outpatient Clinical Therapist

    The Intensive Outpatient Therapist provides therapeutic services to individuals participating in the Intensive Outpatient Program. This includes conducting group, individual, and family therapy sessions, completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient, patient's family wellness.

    Internship Opportunities

    We offer practicum and internship opportunities in a clinical setting that will provide students with hands-on experience in real-world mental health environments. Vena Treatment Team has internship contracts with local colleges that includes: Purdue University, Indiana University, and Valparaiso University. We are committed to the education and development of clinical interns and value each student.
